Often the editors also make suggestions and corrections, especially related to the format and standards of publication. How can the editor attach your own files with suggestions when sending the evaluation of reviewers to author?
To attach a file that will be available to the authors the editor need to add himself as a reviewer. So, after sending the invite he can make the evaluation in the reviewer's painel and attach a file with his observations.
