Why can't I change the name of one of my co-authors?
You can only edit or change the name of inactive users. What does it mean? When you add a co-author the system checks the e-mail you informed to find out if this co-author is an active or inactive user. If the user has already logged in the system he is considered an active user and for that reason only he may edit his name and other personal information. In this case it is advised that you contact this co-author and notify him that his name is badly written. Then he will be able to correct the issue after logging on the system.
