I can't find the manuscript I submitted. What happened to my manuscript?

The most common cause is that you have logged with a different e-mail than the one you used when you submitted your manuscript. To correct this situation send an e-mail to suporte@submitcentral.com.br and inform your full name and your preferred e-mail to access the system. The support team will merge the accounts without data loss and inform you and the corresponding reviewer.
