How to add a reviewer in the submission system?

There is a field named by "status user" in the register of each user that determines the type of the access he will have.

The possible user status1 are: Inactive Auhor, Active Author, Referee, Associated Editor, Editor-in-Chief, Production and Administrator.

Follow the steps bellow to add an editor in the system:

1) Search the user in the system throw User Manager in the left menu.


2) Insert an user e-mail in the blank field.


3) Search the user in the "Search User "button.

4) Click in the "Edit" button  related to the concerned user.

5) Switch the status user to Associated Editor.


6) Click in the green button "Update information".

If the user is not registered in the system you can try to search by parts of the name. If even after this search you didn't find the user you can register him in the system and select the apropriate user status.
